(1) Cause: The shaft is bent, and the centerline is not allowed.
Handle; find the center again.
(2) Reason: The basic screw is loose.
Handling: Tighten the foundation screws.
(3) Reason: The lubricating oil is not clean.
Treatment: Replace the lubricant.
(4) Reason: The lubricating oil has been used for a long time and has not been replaced.
Treatment: Wash the bearings and replace the lubricant.
(5) Cause: The ball or roller in the bearing is damaged.
Handling: Replace the new bearing.
According to the national standard, the F-class insulation B-level assessment, the motor temperature rise is controlled at 80K (resistance method), 90K (component method). Considering the ambient temperature of 40 degrees, the maximum operating temperature of the motor should not exceed 120/130 degrees. The bearing temperature is up to 95 degrees. An infrared detecting gun measures the temperature of the outdoor surface of the bearing. In practice, the maximum temperature of the 4-pole motor cannot exceed 70 degrees. For the motor body, no monitoring is required after the motor is manufactured, in general, his temperature.
