ML Series Single-Phase Induction Motor Description

Note for motor operation:
① Observe from the ammeter whether the motor current exceeds the rated current marked on the nameplate.
② Voltage of the motor. Too low voltage or unbalanced three-phase voltage will overheat the motor.
③ The temperature rise of the motor. After the motor is running, the temperature will gradually increase, but it cannot exceed the allowable temperature rise, and generally cannot exceed 60 ° C. Add 15 ° C to the test temperature according to the thermometer to allow the temperature rise.
④ Bearing temperature. The temperature of sliding bearings should generally not exceed 70 ° C; the temperature of rolling bearings should not exceed 80 ° C.
⑤ Whether the motor is vibrating, whether the sound of the unit is abnormal, whether there is an abnormal smell or smoke, etc.
