It conforms to the movement law of the stepping motor acceleration. As a result, the deceleration process can fully utilize the effective torque of the stepping motor, has good fast response performance and short lifting time. The exponential lifting control has strong tracking ability, but the balance is poor when the speed changes greatly and is generally suitable for cutting processing with high tracking response requirements.
(3) Parabolic lifting frequency. The parabolic lifting frequency combines the linear lifting frequency and the exponential curve lifting frequency to fully utilize the effective torque of the stepping motor at low speed, which greatly shortens the lifting speed time and has strong tracking ability. This is a comparison. Good method.
