Precautions for motor maintenance and maintenance

 

During the long-term use of the motor, the user should pay attention to its maintenance and maintenance to improve life and better serve the mechanical equipment. The following describes the issues to be paid attention to in daily care:


Routine maintenance includes removing external dust and oil, monitoring abnormal noise and regularly changing the lubricant. The oil change interval is generally 1kh for sliding bearings and 5kh for rolling bearings.

 

When maintaining and repairing the motor, pay attention to environmental protection so that the maintenance site is free from pollution, and the motor coil must not be removed by burning. For motors that have been used for more than one year, pay attention to checking the oil seals, shaft seal rings on the outer side of the motor end cover, and the rubber parts such as the terminal box seat and the sealing ring on the terminal box cover for cracks, deformation, severe wear, etc. Replace the parts that can not reach the sealing performance and requirements in time.
