1 The motor is overloaded. The motor is overloaded for a long time. Finally, the mechanical load is too large, and the mechanical jam causes the motor to stop overcurrent, causing the stator winding to overheat and ignite.

2 Motor short circuit fault. The stator winding of the motor is phase-to-phase, short-circuit between turns, or breakdown of the ground insulation, causing insulation and fire.

3 The power supply voltage is too low or too high. When the motor is started, if the power supply voltage is too low, the starting torque is small, so that the motor starts for a long time or cannot be started, causing the stator current of the motor to increase, and the winding is overheated and ignited; in the running motor, if the power supply voltage is too low, the motor turns When the moment is small, and the mechanical load is constant, the stator is over-current, causing the winding to overheat and ignite; if the power supply voltage drops sharply, the running motor stops and burns; if the power supply voltage is too high, the magnetic circuit is full, and the excitation current is high. It rises sharply, causing the iron core to be severely heated and causing the motor to catch fire.

4 The motor starts to run for a long time or several times in a short time, and the temperature of the stator winding rises sharply, causing the winding to overheat and ignite.

5 The motor draws in fibers and dust to block the air duct. As a result, the heat cannot be discharged, or the rotor and the stator collide, causing the winding temperature to rise and catch fire.

6 Motor phase loss operation. When the motor is running, one phase disconnection or one phase fuse is blown, resulting in phase loss operation (i.e., two-phase operation), causing the stator winding to overload and heat.

7 The motor bearing lubricant is lacking, or the lubricating oil is dirty, which causes the bearing damage to jam the rotor, resulting in an increase in the stator current and causing the stator winding to overheat and ignite.

8 The terminal touch resistance is too high, the temperature is high, the connector is loose, and the spark is fired.
